Design and Development I is for the client that needs assistance with pre-wedding planning. We meet several times throughout the planning process to define your style, design your décor plan and to answer any questions that you have.

Event Design and Development I includes the following services:
Four face to face meetings
Budget preparation that is specific to your design and financial needs
Checklist creation and maintenance to keep you on monthly track
Development of an inspiration board where we discuss your vision and then gather pictures, linen samples, stationary pieces, etc that we feel will show how we can make your vision come to life
Vendor selection assistance
Assist in design of save the date, invitation and ceremony program
Attend initial vendor meeting with your florist

Design and Development II is for the client who feels like they need a personal assistant and wants unlimited access to your planner. This service allows you to concentrate on the other priorities in life while wedding plans progress. We will assist you with everything from start to finish.

Event Design and Development II includes the following services:
All services included in Event Design and Development I
Design meeting where we take the inspiration board and translate the specifics into your event.
Unlimited personal meetings
Unlimited vendor meetings where we assist in the selection of all vendors
Reserve accommodations for out of town guests
Schedule all appointments for the wedding party for hair and makeup artists
Assist in menu selection

Event planning is not the only service that Jubilations has to offer. Our invitation designer can provide custom invitations that are designed to fit your personal style or you can choose an invitation and matching stationary pieces from our complete line of Carlson Craft invitations.

Event Management is designed for the client who would like to plan and design the details of their own event and then hand over those plans two months before their event. You will have peace of mind knowing that your plans are coming to fruition and are still progressing as your enjoy the final weeks before the big day.  Then let us take care of the details while you and your family attend the wedding as guests!

Event Management includes the following services:
Unlimited vendor referrals
Access to our exclusive vendor discount list through a free membership to Blush Brides
Final walkthrough of the ceremony venue and reception venue
Assistance in creating the floor plan diagram
Attend final vendor appointments with DJ, florist, venues and photographer
Creation of event timeline / Distribute timeline to all vendors
Act as single point of contact
Evaluation of all vendor contracts
Rehearsal coordination
Coordination of all vendor prep and set up
Event décor set up
Coordinate events through out the day
Transfer of items from ceremony to reception
Cake cutting
Tear down and pack up decorations at the end of the event


Jubilations Wedding and Party Coordinators may be retained as your event consultant at the rate of seventy five dollars ($75) per hour for services, which include but not limited to, phone calls, face to face meetings, travel time to and from any and all appointments and the like. Time will be kept track of in 15 minute increments. Any additional costs incurred to execute your request, such as film developing, postage, etc. will be reimbursable to Jubilations Event Planning.

In addition, Jubilations Event Planning will keep accurate records of all time spent on phone calls and meetings made on your behalf. A statement of such record keeping will be sent to your attention at any time during the planning process.
